Guest Counts
Guest counts must be provided for events, usually one week prior to the event. Billing will reflect the actual number served or the guaranteed count, whichever is greater.
Booking Deposits
For single events, a deposit of 30% of the estimated total price will be required two weeks before the event. For repeat events, other arrangements can be made. Final payment of the balance is due on the day of the event unless other arrangements have been made.
Staffing and Service Charges
The number of staff required will be determined prior to the event. A 15% gratuity will be added to all parties over 50 people.
Other Charges
Additional charges may apply such as travel expenses, rentals of equipment, or breakage.
Leftovers
Leftovers are available to clients. Please provide containers.
